Staying at the Westin was an absolute delight; from the welcoming staff to the impeccable amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. the spacious room with a separate lounge area provided the perfect place to unwind, while the onsite leisure facilities including the pool and gym catered to all our needs. the hotel's central location near the Bund and various dining options made exploring the city a breeze. the helpful concierge and excellent service throughout our stay further added to the overall fantastic experience. It's a great value for western travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of Shanghai.
